We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail.
Shipping
We ship on Thursdays with USPS and UPS for domestic and international orders.

USPS First Class with Tracking, $5.00. You will be notified upon shipment via email with a USPS tracking number. If you do not receive tracking information for your package, please check your junk mail filter.

While most of the jewelry available on our website is in stock, some pieces may require longer delivery times. If you need your order by a specific date, please indicate this in the add a note section on the cart page and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you have ordered an item that is not available or delayed, you will be notified via email.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return it within thirty (30) days of your purchase for a refund, less shipping costs, or exchange your piece within sixty (60) days of your initial purchase. We are unable to refund shipping charges on returned items. Items must be returned unworn and in original condition. Sale items and custom orders are non-returnable. Please contact us first at 843-981-6065 or bettyirving@bdbeadedcreations.com before sending in your return. Once your return is processed, you will receive notification by email. Bridal Creations by B&D’s Beaded Creations reserves the right to exercise discretion in denying returns due to the condition of the product or lack of proof of purchase.

For your protection, we recommend sending your returns via a traceable carrier and in a box or well-padded envelope. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged while in transit to us.
