Orders and Cancellation
Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.
Special Orders
Because our jewelry is handmade, special orders are available. Please contact us if you are interested customizing chain lengths, stone colors, or if you have other special requests. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for custom orders. We will provide an estimate for your pieces being created and upon approval will require a 50% deposit. Special orders are not returnable.
Care
We strive to offer affordable high quality designs to our clients. In order to keep your pieces looking their best always consider the following. Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, lotions and cleaning products. Always remember to store your jewelry in a pouch or box to prevent scratches and preserve your piece. After wear use a soft cloth gently to remove any oils and debris before storing your items.
Repairs
Bridal Creations by B&D’s Beaded Creations stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our jewelry. If jewelry purchased through our website requires repair within one (1) year based on normal usage, please contact us at bettyirving@bdbeadedcreations.com. If charges apply, you will be notified prior to beginning the repair. Please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks for repairs.
